Why the rough-in decides everything
Every plumbing problem a house will ever have gets easier or harder at rough-in. Pipe sizing, cleanout placement, venting, water heater location, hose bib count — decisions that cost nothing on paper and plenty after drywall. We sweat those details because we’re also the company that gets called when someone else didn’t.
How we diagnose it
Plan review, fixture-unit calculations, and a routing plan that respects the structure. We coordinate with your GC and other trades, and our rough-ins are photographed before cover — you get a permanent record of what’s in your walls.

Questions homeowners actually ask
Do you plumb ADUs?
Yes — ADUs are a growing share of our new-construction work. The early questions that matter: can the existing sewer lateral and water service carry the additional load, and does the main panel/gas meter support the water heating plan. We answer those before you’re committed.
Tank or tankless for new construction?
New construction is where tankless shines — the gas line and venting are designed for it from day one instead of retrofitted. We’ll still run the numbers honestly for your layout and budget.
Do you photograph work before it’s covered?
Yes — every rough-in is documented before insulation and drywall. Years later, that record of exactly where everything runs is worth more than people expect.
