Andy at Family 1st plumbing did a great job of figuring out why our brand new water heater’s pilot kept shutting off. There were a number of possible reasons for the failure, but he finally concluded that the gas control valve was what was causing the problem. He was very responsive and continued to follow up on getting the problem solved. A replacement valve was ordered from our local plumbing supply distributor minutes after Andy left our house. He is on it!! Thank you Andy
