What are you noticing?

Start with the symptom.

Dripping or stiff faucet

Usually a cartridge — a modest repair on a quality faucet. On a worn builder-grade unit, replacement is often the better money.

Shower that won’t hold temperature

A failing pressure-balance cartridge. Very fixable, and much nicer than the cold-shock version of your morning.

Upgrading the look

New faucets, sinks and shower trim transform a bathroom for a fraction of remodel cost — and installation quality decides whether they last.

Cracked, stained or outdated sink

Drop-in, undermount, vessel, farmhouse — we install them all, with the countertop and drain details done right.

Why it happens here

Cartridges and washers wear; finishes pit where water is harder; builder-grade fixtures from the 90s and 2000s reach end-of-life together, which is why everything in the house seems to fail the same year.

How we diagnose it

We tell you honestly whether your fixture is worth repairing. Quality brands have parts support going back decades and deserve a cartridge; bargain fixtures often don’t, and a repair that costs most of a replacement isn’t a repair we’ll push.

Repair or replace — our honest rule

Repair quality fixtures; replace spent ones. If you’re supplying your own fixture, we’ll flag compatibility issues before install day — and we install what we’d put in our own homes when you ask us to supply.

Questions homeowners actually ask

Can I buy my own faucet and have you install it?

Absolutely. Send us the model before you order and we’ll confirm it fits your sink and valve setup — ten minutes of checking saves a return trip and a restocking fee.

Why did my new faucet lose pressure after a week?

Nine times out of ten it’s debris from the lines caught in the aerator — unscrew it, rinse the screen, done. If it keeps happening, something upstream is shedding material and worth a look.

Is a wall-mounted or floating sink harder to install?

It needs in-wall carrier support and precise rough-in — more work than a vanity swap, but routine for us. The result is worth it in small bathrooms.
